Linda Lemieux and Charlie Loram reported that their group of environmental educators (which also includes Dan from Steward Wood), 'Wild Woods n' Willow,' has been successful in securing a D.N.P. Sustainable Development Fund Award towards their Nature Awareness and Bushcraft work with Chagford Primary School , (they also run a number of days in the holidays for any children in the locality).
There is still a shortfall in funding and to this end Wild Woods n' Willow have set up a gift aid scheme through CELT enabling people to offer yearly or monthly donations to help this work connecting our young people with nature.
