Free furniture and equipment - Newton Abbot Library and Adult Education Centre is undergoing extensive refurbishment and there is an amount of furniture and equipment available free to voluntary and community groups who are able to collect it. FREECYCLE "does what it says on the can."

IT RECYCLES AND IT'S FREE.

The Freecycle Network™ is made up of 4,507 groups with 5,301,000 members across the globe. It's a grassroots and entirely nonprofit movement of people who are giving (& getting) stuff for free in their own towns. It's all about reuse and keeping good stuff out of landfills. Each local group is moderated by a local volunteer (them's good people). Membership is free. Our nearest group covering Dartmoor is administered from Tavistock.
