Mike Wye & Associates have taken on the project to lime plaster a Grade II listed barn and build a cob seat in the Mythic Gardens just out side of Chagford. As part of the grant funding, the project will involve our running workshops for local people who'd be interested in learning some traditional plastering skills. The timescale is quite compressed as works need to be finished by the end of February 2012 so we've already pencilled in some workshops in December and January, with prices and programmes.
We're aiming to contact as many people in the local community who might want to join us.
It promises to be an interesting and rewarding projec.
